| 1. Secure online ordering: Customers can order with confidence because all of our online transactions are encrypted for your protection and security. We collect name, address, telephone number, and credit card information for company purposes only. Information is secure and will not be released. We do not share information with any outside company or third party. |
| 2. Tax information: All applicable taxes are included in the final sale price or will be assessed when checking out. |
| 3. Order processing: Orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours from time of checkout. Processing and shipping are from 12pm to 7pm Monday through Saturday EST. We do not ship or process on Sundays, holidays, or anytime the post office is closed for any reason. During peak holiday season and sports post seasons, schedule subject to change. We DO NOT accept international orders at this time. |
| 4. Shipping information: All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. We will make every effort to ship your order within 24 to 36 hours of being processed Monday through Friday. Seller should not be held accountable if failure to deliver is caused by strikes, acts of God, riots, warfare, government laws and regulations, or any other condition beyond the control of seller. All items are shipped to the billing address on the credit card with no exceptions. |

| 6. Official licensing: All items are officially licensed by various leagues and teams. All logos and designs have been approved by the leagues and teams represented. Beantown Collectibles is an official distributer for many of the manufacturers in sports collectibles. |

| 8. Return policy: We allow returns on most items. The return time is 10 days from purchase of item. Orders will not be returned for any reason after 30 days from purchase date. Items can only be returned if they have not been opened, laundered, altered, worn, used in any way shape or form. Items must be able to be restocked and resold for the company. All returns must include a copy of the shipping invoice and contact information to include name, telephone number, and your e-mail address. All refunds will be credited back to credit card within 7 business days. |
